Super Chuck - Fruit Sour 7.4% ABV - 6 Pack

Brew number 3 of this little (big) beauty, it’s becoming something of a summer tradition. We’ve brewed it a little earlier this year, so the fruit has changed to reflect what’s in season. Namely Strawberries, cherries and lemons. A whopping 450kg worth, thats right, almost half a ton of fruit, about 170g/l.

A fluffy pink head sits on just the right amount of redness, Cherries, fresh wheat and sherbet dib dab on the nose. In the gob: refreshing, quenching, revitalising strawberries and lemon juice. No thick thick jammy lactose infused nonsense here!
