Every month, we're giving away a bundle of beer and merch to one of our new Instagram followers.

The prize contains: a mixed 24-pack of beers, a beanie, a t-shirt and two glasses.

All you have to do is follow us @howlinghops on Instagram before the end of each month to be in with a chance of winning!

Terms and conditions:

- Entrants must be aged 18 or over, and residents of the UK.

- Winners may not be current employees or wholesale customers of Howling Hops, The Cock Tavern, The Southamptons Arms or Joe's Bar Camden.
